Public and Corporate Course
First and foremost, we remind you that the majority of the information can be found in your instructor file. Please read it upon receipt, and if you still have questions, do not hesitate to contact the operations team at [email protected]
Contact Priority
When instructed to contact the on-call manager, please follow the order below (prioritize text messages if the matter is not urgent):

- If it is a public course, please include the name of the absent person in your instructor report;
- If it is a corporate course, ask the other participants to contact the absent person to confirm the reason or to reach out to the course coordinator.
Send an e-mail to [email protected] Clearly identify the damaged piece of equipment. If you have any details about how the damage occurred, please include them as well.
Please refer to the instructor file as a priority. If you are still unable to access the building, first contact the course coordinator (for corporate courses). In other cases, please contact the on-call manager.
First, ensure that the group is safe. If you are unsure whether the course can proceed under appropriate conditions, please contact the on-call manager.
Please notify the operations team as quickly as possible in the following order :
- More than 48 business hours : [email protected]
- Less than 48 business hours : SMS or Call
If health is at risk, contact emergency prehospital services. Take the necessary steps to isolate the individual and provide first aid if needed. Then, please contact the on-call person.
If you encounter a major building-related issue (e.g., leaking toilet, broken door, major problems, etc.), you must first contact the room coordinator listed in your instructor file. Then, please notify the on-call manager.
If your safety or that of the participants is at risk, contact the police. If applicable, lock the doors and inform the on-call manager.
If someone experiences an incident (phew!) or an accident during a training session, you must follow the procedure below:
- Ensure the safety of the area;
- If necessary, provide first aid and refer the victim to an external resource if needed (clinic, hospital, ambulance, etc.);
- Contact the On-Call Manager;
- Fill out an accident report;
- Depending on the situation, a manager may decide to implement the "Accident Investigation and Analysis Procedure" and request additional examinations or reports. Please refer to the on-call manager and follow the decision made.
