Online Payments
We accept the following payment methods on this site: credit card or direct debit. When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm that you have authorized the use and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. If we believe that your payment has violated a law or one of our terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
Transport and Delivery
When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge to provide a valid email and a shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy - Sold Items and Goods
We are committed to refunding items that are damaged or do not meet the customer's expectations. Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days following the receipt of the items/goods. This policy does not apply to items sold at a discount.
Cancellation Policy - Training

We reserve the right to cancel a training if it does not meet the required minimum number of participants. If SIRIUSMEDx cancels a course, all registered individuals will be refunded unless the client requests a transfer to another course date.
If the client cancels their participation, here are the refunds that will be applied according to the cancellation deadline before the start of the course:
30 days or more : Full refund
15 to 29 days : Partial refund of 50%
14 days or less : No refund offered

Limitation of Liability
SIRIUSMEDx will not be held responsible for any issues or damage arising from the use of the website, if such use results from non-compliant or irregular use.

Indemnity
