SAINTE-ADÈLE, July 21st, 2025 – SIRIUSMEDx, a Canadian leader in the delivery of medical services, wilderness first aid training, and occupational health and safety programs in remote areas, is pleased to announce the official integration of SIFA, an organization specialized in water rescue, prevention, and specialized interventions in high-risk environments, effective August 1st, 2025.
This strategic alliance aims to consolidate the recognized expertise of both organizations by combining their respective strengths to offer companies, workers, and governments a comprehensive, specialized, and field-adapted service offering—whether in urban, peri-urban, or remote settings.

Founded in 2009, SIFA has built a strong reputation in the fields of water rescue, technical intervention, and prevention in industrial and aquatic environments. Its clients include municipalities, industrial companies, public institutions, and event organizers across Quebec.
SIRIUSMEDx, for its part, has been active for over 35 years in training, clinical support, and medical coverage in remote areas, notably through telemedicine, wilderness first responder training, support for major events, and the development of innovative OHS programs.
